The service offered consist of:
“Online Courses (MOOCs)”: online presentations (text, slides, videos) and proposed learning activities on the Teacher Academy Training Platform. Access to the Teacher Academy Training Platform granted for 6 months from the first access to the Online Course (MOOC).
The prices of the courses and lessons vary according to the duration of the course and the number of lessons. IVA (VAT) is included and there are no registration fees.
Europass SRL reserves the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using any services provided on the Site (or to begin charging fees for any free service), provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges paid prior to the time of the change.
Europass SRL’s Intellectual Property
The Site and any trademarks, logo, sample code, software, and other content and assets that Europass SRL provides to you as part of the Services are protected by intellectual property rights. Using our Site does not give you ownership of any such intellectual property rights. You may not use content accessible from our Site unless you obtain prior permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. You are not permitted to use Europass SRL’s logos related to the Services without our prior consent. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any text or proprietary notices contained in the Site. You cannot use the Site Materials to construct any kind of database.
Terms of payment
Buyers can pay with their credit card or through PayPal. In both cases, the amount will be temporarily kept by Paypal, and charged to the buyer only after confirmation of the course. In case the course were not confirmed, Europass SRL will not charge anything to the buyer, and will proceed with canceling PayPal’s withholding.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation due to causes attributable to Europass SRL, the buyer will have the right to agree on a new date for the course/lessons, or, at his option, to the full refund, with a waiver, of the sum already paid, and not used yet.
In the event of cancellation of the videoconference for reasons attributable to the buyer, manifested outside the right of withdrawal referred to below, the trainer will be entitled to withhold the amount paid. The trainer, however, makes himself available to agree on a new time and date for the provision of the service, within the limits of his possibilities. If it is impossible to agree on a new date, the amount paid will be retained by the trainer.
Pre-contractual information on the right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, and therefore to renounce the course/the lectures, within 14 days of booking the service.
The buyer must express his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within this term, through an explicit declaration contained in an e-mail to be sent to the addresses indicated above. (For this purpose, the type form below can be used).
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund of what has already been paid, by the same means of payment used.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: if the purchase of the service took place after the 14th day free from the date agreed for the lesson/course, the buyer will not be able to exercise it and will not be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The buyer can still propose a different date for the provision of the service and the trainer reserves the right to accept or reject this change.
